Doyald Young was a type designer who won the AIGA medal in 2009. I came across him because I was interested in type designers around the time I graduated high school and fell in love with his work.
Being thoroughly interested in type and wanting experience developing magazine layouts I chose to create a four page spread exemplifying Doyald's work. The back page of the E-pub version treats the fonts as links to purchase them.
